Terms & Conditions

Effective: April 2026

1. Definitions

"ABC Express" refers to the cargo service brand operated by PT Antero Bahana Cemerlang and PT Arandy Bintang Cemerlang. "Client" is a company or institution that uses ABC Express services. "Services" include Domestic Cargo, Project Cargo, Car & Heavy Equipment, Large Distribution Project, and other derivative services offered from time to time.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website https://abcexpress.id and the service relationship between ABC Express and the Client. For actual shipments, separate contracts in the form of Service Order/Purchase Order/Contract will be agreed per project or per corporate account.

3. Offers & Quotations

Quotations are issued based on origin-destination, dimensions, weight, cargo type, and timeline information provided by the Client. Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 7-14 working days). Significant changes to parameters may result in a revised offer.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and complete shipment information.
  • Packing goods according to agreed standards, except when packing is performed by ABC Express.
  • Ensuring the legality of shipped goods and completeness of documents.
  • Paying service fees according to the agreed terms of payment.

5. ABC Express Responsibilities

  • Executing shipments according to agreed SOP, SLA, and timeline.
  • Providing a dedicated Account Manager and/or Project Manager for coordination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Client business information.
  • Providing cargo insurance according to agreed coverage.

6. Insurance & Claims

Each shipment may be protected by insurance based on the declared value of goods. Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing no later than 14 working days from the date of incident, accompanied by supporting evidence. The claim resolution mechanism follows the applicable insurance policy.

7. Force Majeure

ABC Express is not responsible for delays or execution failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, government policy changes, national transportation mode disruptions, or other force majeure conditions beyond reasonable control.

8. Service Limitations

ABC Express reserves the right to refuse the shipment of dangerous, illegal, or non-compliant goods. The list of prohibited items will be communicated during onboarding or quotation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Site content, including logos, photos, documents, and text, is owned by ABC Express or relevant license holders. Unauthorized use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation, and if not reached, through the Central Jakarta District Court or an arbitration body agreed upon by the parties.
